FLLT 2026 Conference Proceedings
“ELT Research and Practice in the Era of Educational Innovation”
The Proceedings of the 9th FLLT Conference, to be held on July 3rd-4th, 2026, invite submissions of scholarly articles, research papers, and review articles for possible publication.

Authors now have the opportunity to choose whether to submit their manuscripts for consideration in either the FLLT 2026 Conference Proceedings or in LEARN Journal (January 2027 issue). The LEARN Journal is indexed in Scopus (Q1), ERIC, EBSCOHost, DOAJ, the ASEAN Citation Index (ACI), and the Thai-Journal Citation Index (TCI Tier 1).
The manuscript must be submitted in accordance with the following guidelines:
- Eligibility: Submitted manuscripts must be based on presentations delivered at the FLLT Conference 2026.
- Formatting: All submissions must adhere to the APA 7th edition style and use the attached template. When submitting your manuscript via the submission website, please indicate your preferred publication venue and ensure that you use the correct template.

- For submission to the FLLT 2026 Proceedings, please use the FLLT proceedings template. [Download FLLT Template]

- Important Note for LEARN Journal Submissions: If a manuscript submitted to LEARN Journal is not accepted, authors may still submit their work to the FLLT 2026 Proceedings. However, authors should carefully consider the timeline, as manuscripts must be reformatted according to the FLLT proceedings template before submission.
- Length Requirements:

- FLLT Proceedings papers should be between 4,000 and 6,000 words, all information included (that is, including acknowledgments, personal information, references, and appendix materials).
- For LEARN Journal submissions, research articles should be between 5,000 and 7,000 words in length, including notes, tables, figures, and appendices. More details can be found here: LEARN Submission Guidelines.
- English Language and Proofreading Requirement: To ensure the highest quality and clarity of the proceedings, authors are strongly encouraged to carefully proofread their manuscripts before submission. Manuscripts with insufficient language quality may be rejected or returned to the authors for revision before entering the peer review process.

- All non-native English speakers whose manuscripts are accepted for publication are required to submit a proofreading certificate together with the final revised manuscript before publication.
- Native English speakers are encouraged to have their work proofread; however, they are not required to submit a certificate.
- File Naming: Submit your manuscript file using the following naming format: LastName_FullTitleOfYourPaper.

- Submission and Review Process:Submit your manuscript through the submission website by September 4th, 2026. Authors must indicate their preferred publication venue (FLLT 2026 Proceedingsor LEARN Journal) and use the appropriate manuscript template before submission.

- Please refer to the Submission System User Guide for instructions on using the online submission system.
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission.
- All manuscripts will undergo the peer-review process. Reviewer feedback, editorial decisions, and revision instructions will be communicated via the submission system and email.
- Compilation and Dissemination (December 2026 – January 2027): After the review process has been completed and all required documents have been submitted, accepted manuscripts will be compiled for publication in the FLLT 2026 Proceedings, which will be available electronically on the Language Institute, Thammasat University website. Please note that the proceedings are not indexed in Scopus or other bibliographic databases.
