-
- For submission to the FLLT 2026 Proceedings, please use the FLLT proceedings template. [Download FLLT Template]
- For submission to LEARN Journal, please use the LEARN template. [Download LEARN Template]
- Important Note for LEARN Journal Submissions: If a manuscript submitted to LEARN Journal is not accepted, authors may still submit their work to the FLLT 2026 Proceedings. However, authors should carefully consider the timeline, as manuscripts must be reformatted according to the FLLT proceedings template before submission.
- Length: Proceedings papers should be between 4,000 and 6,000 words, all information included (that is, including acknowledgments, personal information, references, and appendix materials). For LEARN Journal submissions, research articles should be between 5,000 and 7,000 words in length, including notes, tables, figures, and appendices. More details can be found here: LEARN Submission Guidelines.
- English Language and Proofreading Requirement: To ensure the highest quality and clarity of the proceedings, authors are strongly encouraged to carefully proofread their manuscripts before submission. Manuscripts with insufficient language quality may be rejected or returned to the authors for revision before entering the peer review process. All non-native English speakers whose manuscripts are accepted for publication are required to submit a proofreading certificate together with the final revised manuscript before publication. Native English speakers are encouraged to have their work proofread; however, they are not required to submit a certificate.
- File Naming and Email Subject: Submit your manuscript file using the following naming format: LastName_FullTitleOfYourPaper. Please use the same format for the email subject line.
Example: Smith_The Impact of Language Learning on Cognitive Development
- Submission and Review Process: Submit your manuscript through the submission website by September 4th, 2026. Authors must indicate their preferred publication venue (FLLT 2026 Proceedings or LEARN Journal) and use the appropriate template before submission. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission. All manuscripts will undergo the review process, and feedback will be provided by the review team.
8. Compilation and Dissemination (December 2026 – January 2027): The proceedings team will compile all the works and prepare them for dissemination. The proceedings will be available on the Language Institute Thammasat University website. Please note that the proceedings will not be indexed in Scopus or other databases, but they can be accessed through electronic platforms. Reproduction of your work in other journals is not recommended and is at your own discretion.
